Description of property

In a super quiet position, immersed in the green of the Procchio Hills, about 1200 m (a quarter of an hour walk) from Procchio’s beach, this villa, surrounded by a large land of property, is a very interesting solution to combine the purchase of a house by the sea with an immediately productive investment.

As you can see from the photos, the maps and plans included in the gallery, it is accessed from the provincial road that connects Procchio to Marina di Campo, on the top of the hill named Colle di Procchio, by a secondary road that after about 170 meters leads to the gate entrance, pedestrian and driveway.
